I take on a limited number of cases, so that every client receives the attention their situation demands.
I am Marin Paladi, an attorney at law in sole practice in Chisinau. I provide legal advice and representation before the courts, the criminal investigation bodies and the public authorities of the Republic of Moldova.
My practice covers civil and commercial litigation, criminal defence, family and employment matters, and challenges to administrative acts. Every case starts with the same question: what result is realistic, and what is the shortest route to it.
